Shipping Policy

We ship to all addresses across the United Kingdom.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

Free shipping is available on all orders over £50. Orders below £50 are subject to a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@pulsealltech.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pulsealltech.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
